Terms of Service — Leovexa

1. Agreement
By using Leovexa at leovexa.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
2. The Service
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate title suggestions and thumbnail images based on publicly available information about a YouTube video you provide.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information.
4. Plans and payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io), which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Creem handles payments, billing, taxes, and payment-related customer service. Plans are one-time purchases valid for 30 days and do not renew automatically; unused generations expire at the end of that period. Upgrades and top-ups are described on our Pricing page. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already made.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, or that infringes others' rights; impersonate others or create misleading content about real people; attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or abuse the Service; resell access without permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Your content and rights
You must only submit URLs, images, text, or other material you have the right to use. You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to any images, likenesses, logos, or other material you upload or reference. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.
7. AI-generated output
Output is generated by AI and may be inaccurate, similar to content generated for others, or contain errors (including misspelled text). We do not guarantee any results such as views, click-through rates, or revenue. Review all output before publishing. Subject to these Terms and payment, you may use the output for any lawful purpose, including commercially; you are responsible for how you use it and for complying with YouTube's policies. To the extent permitted by law we assign to you any rights we may have in the output; some jurisdictions may not grant copyright protection to AI-generated material.
8. No affiliation
Leovexa is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; we will notify you of material changes by email or in the Service.

You must not generate NSFW, explicit or sexually suggestive content, deepfakes, or images of real people other than yourself. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
